BOARDING

Overnight and Extended Stays:

We know leaving your closest companion behind is very difficult, but you can put your mind at ease when you leave them with Red Rover Pet Resort! When your pet stays with us, they will always get plenty of playtime, as well as plenty of rest. Your pet is never left alone, as we have staff around the clock every day to monitor and keep them company.

Red Rover provides accommodations ranging from sleeping with a staff member or enjoying the peaceful surroundings of an individual suite.

It’s important your beloved pet gets their nourishment, so we provide separate “dining” areas where they will be undisturbed during feeding time.

** Additional Dog is from the same household, same owners, etc. (Friend's dog's don't count!) **

Boarding Rates (up to a 24-hour period):

General Boarding

One Dog: $69 per night

Additional Dog: $55 per night

Suite Boarding

One Dog: $110 per night

Additional Dog: $85 per night

Deluxe Boarding

One Dog: $85 per night

Additional Dog: $70 per night

Executive Suite Boarding

One Dog: $150 per night

Additional Dog: $110 per night

Boarding Add-ons:

Neighborhood Walk (20-Minute Walk): $20

20 Minutes of One on One Quality Time: $20

Drop-Offs and Pickups:

Drop off: as early as 6:30am on Monday – Friday, and 9:00am on Saturday – Sunday
Pickup: until to 7:30pm on Monday – Friday, and until 6:00pm on Saturday – Sunday

There is a “Late Pickup” fee of $30 for any pickups until 8:00pm Monday – Friday and 6:30pm Saturday & Sunday.
If you need to pick up your pet after normal business hours, please call us ahead of time to let us know. Pickups after 8:00pm Monday through Friday and 6:30pm Saturday and Sunday are not permitted.

Largest outdoor play area in Silicon Valley. Complete with newly renovated synthetic turf and agility play structures to be completed as of 4/1/2018. It’s always best to play outside and take in the fresh air and enjoy the warm sunshine.
High definition camera access to our various play areas. Enjoy access to our cameras 24 hours a day, so you can spy on your furry friend hanging out with his or her homies.

Requirements:

Your pet’s temperament and health are very important to us. For all new clients, we require an initial interview you and your pet (at no charge). During the interview, we will complete an evaluation with your pet, while you complete an application. The information provided on the application will help us give your best friend a more pleasant and relaxing experience every time they are with us.

For the protection of your beloved pet, current vaccination is important here. We require a copy of your pet’s current vaccination record(s), certified by your veterinarian.

Vaccinations required:

– DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza)

– Bordetella

– Rabies

We require that all dogs in our care be spayed or neutered by the age of one year old. Some exceptions can be made for suite boarding only.
